Shipping Policy

This policy applies to orders placed through Rueeq for delivery within the United States. Every order sent to a U.S. delivery address accepted at checkout receives free standard shipping, with no minimum purchase and no coupon required.
Order processing
Orders are normally prepared within 1–3 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing on the next business day. High-volume periods, product launches, severe weather, or address verification may add time; if a material delay affects your order, we will contact you using the information provided at checkout.

These are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, weather, remote destinations, and events outside our control can affect delivery.
Shipping charges
Rueeq provides free standard shipping on every order delivered to a U.S. address accepted at checkout. There is no minimum order value and no coupon is required. We do not currently offer a paid shipping upgrade, and we do not add separate shipping or handling fees. The shipping total at checkout will display as free.
Tracking and multiple packages
When tracking is available, it will be sent to the email address used for the order. Items in one order may arrive in separate packages; when this happens, each shipment may have its own tracking information.
Address changes
Review your shipping address carefully before submitting an order. Contact us as soon as possible if a correction is needed. We cannot guarantee changes after processing has started, and we are not responsible for delivery failures caused by an incorrect address supplied by the customer.
Lost, damaged, or incorrect shipments
If tracking shows delivered but you cannot locate the package, first check the delivery area, household members, and carrier notices. If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery through our Contact Us page and include the order number plus clear photos when applicable.
Delivery area
Rueeq currently ships only to United States delivery addresses accepted at checkout. Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, P.O. boxes, and APO/FPO addresses receive the same free standard shipping whenever the address is accepted by checkout. International delivery is not currently offered.
