These Terms & Conditions govern your access to rueeq.com and purchases made from Rueeq. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

Eligibility and account responsibility

You must be at least the age of majority where you live, or use the site with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian. You are responsible for accurate account and order information, maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials, and activity under your account.

Products and descriptions

We aim to describe products accurately, including material, color, measurements, availability, and care information when known. Screen settings and lighting can affect color appearance. Measurements may vary slightly. Product images are illustrative of the item being offered; the product title, specifications, variant selection, and checkout summary control your order.

Prices, payment, and taxes

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. Delivery terms are described in our Shipping Policy, and applicable taxes are shown before order submission. Payment must be authorized through PayPal checkout. We do not guarantee that every pricing or inventory error can be honored and may cancel and refund an affected order.

Orders and acceptance

An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order but does not guarantee acceptance. We may decline or cancel an order for suspected fraud, unauthorized payment, inventory error, pricing error, shipping restriction, policy violation, or another legitimate operational reason. If payment was captured for a canceled order, the amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

Promotions
